Our Services
Our program offers a one-on-one approach towards client services as the client is paired with a Transpire mental health advocate to assist within a 12-16 week program, with options to acquire assistance for a full year, with resources in their local community to return back to activities of daily living. Clients are able to gain employment, housing, and education resources to help them to achieve their goals towards healthier living.
Our programs is based on a recovery model of providing clients with the personal tools, professional linkages, and logistical support to position each client for a quality, independent lifestyle with a focus toward lowering recidivism rates for substance use, and criminal activities, and improving mental health and wellness with all clients.
Transpire Mental Health is not a medical therapeutic provider, but is a bridge service that assists clients with mental health critical linkages, lifestyle management, and advocacy in the required capacity based on a client’s individual needs. Our program includes one-on-one supports through physical meetings, phone conferencing, and messaging, and digital support programs of online courses, and workshops. The online supports are designed to further assist clients who have completed an individual, in-person program.
