                         Erica Taylor

Erica Taylor is, above all, a God-fearing woman whose faith fuels her every step. She's a loving wife, mother, and grandmother.

Beyond her family life, Erica is successful business owner and serves as the Human Resources Specialist for the City of Sandusky.

She is the founder and director of Fill Up Your Cup, a Christian Ministry designed to give you spiritual inspiration through love and Christ. Pouring into one another to FILL UP YOUR CUP mentally, emotionally and spiritually is the sole purpose of this ministry!

Erica is a dedicated member of Victory Temple Church, President of the Sandusky Club of Black Business & Professional Women and an active participant in numerous community organizations. She is deeply passionate about empowering girls and women of all ages. Whether it’s through her faith, her work, or her community involvement, she’s committed to bringing value and purpose to every table she sits at.

Despite wearing many hats, Erica prides herself most on being the foundation her family needs to thrive, all while gracefully balancing her personal and professional life.

Priscilla A. Farris
Born and raised in the City of Sandusky, Ohio. The daughter of the late Elizabeth (Gray) and Aznor Shaw. She married the late John
B. Farris Jr, this union was blessed with 3 children, Verina (John) Craddolph, Velissa Farris, and Jahn (Karen) Farris III, grandmother of
4, A’Nya, Alivia, Jhon, and Elijah.
A1970 graduate of Sandusky High School. She received her Bachelor of Arts in Elementary Education degree in 1996 and Bachelor of
Business Administration degree in 2000 from Phoenix Online University . She was a substitute for the Port Clint

on City Schools for 8 years. She retired five years ago from the Whirlpool Corporation in Clyde, OH, where she was a trainer/operator.
For the past 5 years she has been a summer seasonal employee of Cedar Point where she is an Admissions Associate, and during this
past school year, she was a substitute cafeteria worker for Sandusky City Schools.
She joined the Mount Zion Church of God in Christ, receiving her call from the Lord on May 1, 1980. God saved her, this was the
greatest degree of life for her when she became a part of Jesus University, sung in the Church Choir, and through prayer and
supplication became a Prayer Warrior, became involved mentoring with the church youth; became a youth Sunday School teacher,
Purity Class leader, Sunshine Band leader, Step team leader, and was a Youth Sunday School teacher for over 10 years and is now
one of the adult Sunday School teachers. She has been the church secretary for over 35 years.
Priscilla believes that God’s love can save anybody, anyone, anytime and anyhow. No problem is too big for the Lord, no situation is too
hard for him to handle. She is an advocate for the youth, making time for them when they want to talk to her, and feels that our children
are not being noticed, and we must hold on to them because if we don’t, the world has a place for them and will take them to places
that they do not need to go.
One of her many favorite verses in the Bible is Psalm 91:1-5. He that dwelleth in the secret place of the most High shall abide under the
shadow of the Almighty. I will say of the Lord, he is my refuge and my fortress: my God; in him will I trust. Surely he shall deliver thee from the snare of the fowler,
and from the noisome pestilence. He shall cover thee with his feathers, and under his wings shalt thou trust: his truth shall be thy shield and buckler.

Andrea L. Jones,

MSCB, MSCJ, LICDC-CS

Andrea L. Jones, MSCB, MSCJ, LICDC-CS is a dynamic leader, licensed clinician, and faith-based advocate whose life’s work bridges the worlds of mental health, ministry, and community service. She holds five academic degrees, including a Master of Science in Criminal Behavior (MSCB) and a Master of Science in Criminal Justice Administration (MSCJ), and is a Licensed Independent Chemical Dependency Counselor with Clinical Supervision credentials (LICDC-CS).

Since 2014, she has served as a licensed Evangelist in the Church of God in Christ (COGIC), ministering with a heart for healing and restoration. Her work as an evangelist is grounded in compassion, truth, and the belief that faith is a vital component in the journey to wholeness—spiritually, mentally, and emotionally. She also served as praise and worship leader for many years using her voice to proclaim the gospel musically.

A proud member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Incorporated, she continues to champion service, advocacy, and leadership, particularly in underserved communities. Her commitment to social justice and mental health equity is a reflection of her values as a servant leader.

She is also the founder and sole proprietor of Delta Zone Counseling, LLC, a visionary enterprise that provides behavioral health services, corporate training, and consulting with a trauma-informed and culturally responsive approach. Through Delta Zone, she partners with organizations to enhance workforce wellness, elevate leadership effectiveness, and support sustainable behavioral health initiatives.

With over 25 years of experience in behavioral health, criminal justice, and organizational leadership, Andrea L. Jones has earned a reputation for empowering others to grow through what they’ve gone through. Her work is informed by deep clinical expertise, spiritual discernment, and a commitment to transforming systems to better serve the people within them.

Among the many principles that guide her journey, she draws inspiration from the words of Angela Davis:

“I am no longer accepting the things I cannot change. I am changing the things I cannot accept.” This quote fuels her passion for transformative leadership and advocacy grounded in faith and courage.

At every level—whether in the pulpit, the boardroom, or the counseling room—Andrea L. Jones brings a unique blend of purpose, excellence, and vision. She continues to serve as a powerful voice for healing, equity, and holistic well-being.
